Delete account
Current password · To confirm, enter exactly “Account löschen”.
Confirm deletion
Final deletion always takes place exactly seven days after the request.
Without a successful login, the account is automatically deleted after 365 days. Notices appear by email and in the app beforehand.
Confirm move-out
Moving out ends only the selected community or apartment membership. The account remains active and previous posts move to the archive.
Admin duties and open package handovers must be resolved through a secure move-out before account deletion.
Only minimal details of former memberships appear here, never old community content.
